This is the major part of the AF uniforms from the Edouard Chemel collection which was put up for sale at the renown Hotel Drouot in Paris in March 2009.
Edouard Chemel was captain on board of the Concorde and these uniforms are supposed to be those of his wife who was air hostess.
The pictures show here the Carven "coordonated" uniform as the blouse, the suit and the dress have the same pattern (although the fabrics are different)
The Carven uniform was available as a summer dress (very light fabric) and mid-season suit with assorted shirt.
Nina Ricci made the winter dress in mid-blue wool with a shirt with straight collar (also called Mao-collar) Pictures to come later.
There was also a scarf, but I am unsure whether it was worn with the summer uniform as well

Voici la majeure partie des uniformes de la collection Edouard Chemel vendus fin mars 2009 à l'hôtel Drouot à Paris. Edouard Chemel était commandant de bord sur Concorde et un spécialiste aéronautique réputé. Je pense qu'il s'agit des uniformes de son épouse, elle-même hôtesse de l'air chez Air France.
Carven avait réalisé l'uniforme "coordonné" d'été et de mi-saison. Le mot "coordonné" signifie que les jupes, chemisiers et jupes sont réalisés avec le même motif (bien que les étoffes soient différentes.
La robe d'été est réalisée dans une étoffe très légère, convenant très bien aux pays chauds.
L'uniforme d'hiver avait été confié à Nina Ricci, qui l'avait réalisé dans un tissus de laine bleu-roi, tandis que le chemisier était réalisé dans avec le même motif que ci-dessus, mais se différenciait par un col officier, aussi appelé "col-Mao".
Il existait également un foulard, mais il n'est pas sûr qu'il ait été porté avec l'uniforme d'été.
